Dr. Vladimir Osipov

To help InstaMedCare uphold the highest standards in urgent care, Dr. Vladimir Osipov, our lead physician, draws on his 30+ years of experience as an emergency room doctor. Dr. Osipov holds a certification with the American Board of Internal Medicine. A thorough and detail-oriented internist, Dr. Osipov administers IV treatments, laceration repairs, Holter monitoring, vitamin therapy, asthma prevention and treatment, diabetic prevention and treatment, among many other types of services. In addition to English, Dr. Osipov speaks Russian and Spanish.

Dr. Osipov earned his medical degrees at Tver State Medical Institute and Nassau University Medical Center, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the City Clinical Hospital in Novgorod, Russia. Dr. Osipov stays current on the cutting edge of medicine in his field by attending professional seminars through the Urgent Care Conference, American Association of Urgent Care Medicine, and Diabetic Education.

Dr. Jeffrey Schorr

Dr. Jeffrey Schorr is a well respected physician and surgeon with 30 years' experience. He was trained at Roosevelt S. Luke’s Hospital, completing his residency in Urologic Surgery. He has extensive experience in emergency, medical and surgical acute and chronic conditions. In addition he has surgical, vascular pain management, and general medicine experience.

Dr. Schorr brings ten years of practice in the treatment of cosmetic disorders, including varicose veins, Botox and fillers.

In his spare time, Dr. Schorr enjoys boating, swimming and hiking. He is also a great jazz musician and sculptor. He looks forward to meeting and treating you at InstaMedCare.

Dr. Thomas O'Brien

More than a medical practitioner, Dr. O'Brien is a public servant. He has devoted the last 16 years to enriching communities across New York City through medical missions in underserved areas and free surgical services to members of the New York Police Department. He is the eponymous host of Ask Dr. Tommy O, a cable television program through which he educates patients and health care providers alike on various medical issues. The program was honored with four Beta Awards for Best Health Education Show — a recognition that reinforces Dr. O'Brien's Humanitarian Award for Health Care Excellence.

Noted for his ability to explain complex medical problems in simple terms, Dr. O'Brien has taken his act to radio and the public speaking circuit as well. He has been featured as a guest on various local radio stations and has presented lectures on Long Island, focusing his discussions on health-related topics such as Medicare and nutrition.

Dr. O'Brien, who is proud to be a native New Yorker, helped establish a triage center in 2001 for September 11th survivors at Stuyvesant High School in Manhattan. He continues to serve his beloved city as a commander in the New York Guard, in charge of the 88th Brigade of the 102nd Forward Medical Support Detachment. He's honored four times with a New York Guard Operations Support Medal and once with a Humanitarian Medal.

Dr. O'Brien received a Doctor of Osteopathy from Des Moines University's College of Osteopathic Medicine. He earned a Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, both from the New York Institute of Technology, and an Associate Degree in Biology from Nassau Community College. He is certified in Emergency Management through the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Dr. O'Brien is affiliated with the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, and the United States Amateur Boxing Association, for whom he serves as a Amateur and Professional Ringside Physician.

Dr. Natalia Levinskaya

Dr. Natalia Levinskaya is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician specializing in preventive care, cosmetic procedures, and minor invasive treatments.

Born and raised in Moscow, Russia, she has been exposed to the world of medical excellence since childhood, as both of her parents were physicians: mother, an anesthesiologist at a critical care unit, and father, a widely published surgeon oncologist.

Dr. Levinskaya's personalized, patient-centered and holistic approach enabled her to become a sought-after primary care physician. She enjoys caring for all types of people in all phases of life.

In her free time, Dr. Levinskaya enjoys spending time with her family including her two children, as well as tennis, ice skating, and drawing.
